Open on Tuesday - Sunday (Closed on Monday)

•⁠ ⁠Weekend deliveries: (12pm-4pm)
To receive same day delivery ensure your order is placed an hour before delivery starts.


Process :
•⁠ ⁠Your specific delivery time (between delivery hours) will be confirmed in advance via WhatsApp.
📲 The driver will let you know when they are on their way to you and a response is needed to confirm that you are at the location. Failure to reach you will result in order cancellation.

🚗 For security reasons, the driver will not exit the vehicle to bring the package to your door or inside the property.

⏱ The driver will wait up to 10 minutes.
•⁠ ⁠No response or no-show = delivery canceled
•⁠ ⁠Re-delivery requires an additional delivery fee
Please inspect and confirm your item before the driver leaves. Once confirmed, the driver will not return.

No TRY ONS allowed. All items are final sale.

• Curbside pickup only (no storefront): Western area tropical gardens (airport proximity)
• Orders must be placed and confirmed before directions are shared
• Please confirm when you are on your way and request change (cash payments) in advance

• Pickup is available during confirmed hours only:
10:00 AM–4:00 PM & 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Same-day pickup is accepted (subject to availability)
• Pickup outside these hours cannot be assisted
• Unclaimed or unpaid orders after pickup hours, with no communication, may be canceled without notice

Please inspect your item before leaving.
❌ No try-ons. All sales are final.

• Orders placed on the website are prioritized. We strongly recommend ordering online to avoid items selling out.
• WhatsApp orders are accepted during operating hours only, subject to item availability.
• Once your order is placed (website or WhatsApp), we will contact you via WhatsApp to:

• Share the pickup gps pin & directions (in the Western proximity) or
• Request your delivery gps location and building corlor/description 

If we cannot reach you via WhatsApp, we will attempt a phone call or email.

⚠️ No response within 8 hours = order cancellation
⚠️ No holds without payment confirmation
