Delivery Policy & Process
Delivery fee is non-refundable and due whether or not the item is purchased
Delivery Schedule:
Tuesday - Sunday (Closed Monday)
• Weekday deliveries: (4pm-7pm)
• Weekend deliveries: (12pm-4pm)
To receive same day delivery ensure your order is placed an hour before delivery starts.
Process :
• Your specific delivery time (between delivery hours) will be confirmed in advance via WhatsApp.
📲 The driver will let you know when they are on their way to you and a response is needed to confirm that you are at the location. Failure to reach you will result in order cancellation.
🚗 For security reasons, the driver will not exit the vehicle to bring the package to your door or inside the property.
⏱ The driver will wait up to 10 minutes.
• No response or no-show = delivery canceled
• Re-delivery requires an additional delivery fee
Please inspect and confirm your item before the driver leaves. Once confirmed, the driver will not return.
