Delivery Policy & Process

• Delivery fee:

• $7 Nassau (Island Wide)
• $9 Paradise Island
• Delivery fee is non-refundable and due whether or not the item is purchased
  

• Delivery days: Tuesday - Sunday (Closed Monday)
• Weekday deliveries: evenings (4pm-7pm)
• Weekend deliveries: afternoons (12pm-4pm)
• Last call for guaranteed same-day delivery is 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time provided above.

🚗 For security reasons, the driver will not exit the vehicle. No door-to-door or entering premises delivery.

• Your specific delivery time will be confirmed in advance via WhatsApp.
📲 A confirmation message will be sent before the driver departs. Delivery will not proceed without confirmation that you are on-site.
⏱ The driver will wait up to 10 minutes upon arrival
• No response or no-show = delivery canceled
• Re-delivery requires an additional delivery fee
Please inspect and confirm your item before the driver leaves. Once confirmed, the driver will not return.
