• Orders placed on our website are prioritized. We strongly recommend ordering online to avoid items selling out.
• WhatsApp orders are accepted during operating hours only, subject to item availability.
• Once your order is placed (website or WhatsApp), we will contact you via WhatsApp to:

• Share the pickup gps pin & directions (in the Western proximity) or
• Request your delivery gps location and building corlor/description 

If we cannot reach you via WhatsApp, we will attempt a phone call or email.
