Returns / Exchanges Policy

Returns or exchanges are not standard practice and are only considered in rare cases at our discretion, as we operate under a no-refund and no try-on policy.

• Requests must be submitted within 8 hours of receipt
Store credit only will be issued if approved (no refunds)
Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges

If approved, items must be returned:
• Unworn and unused
• Free of damage, scent, or alteration
• With tags (if applicable)
• In original packaging

Returns or exchanges based on fit, size, or personal preference are not accepted, as try-ons are not permitted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
