Pickup Policy & Procedure

• Curbside pickup only (no storefront): Western area tropical gardens (airport proximity)
• Orders must be placed and confirmed before directions are shared
• Please confirm when you are on your way and request change (cash payments) in advance

• Pickup is available during confirmed hours only:
10:00 AM–4:00 PM & 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Same-day pickup is accepted (subject to availability)
• Pickup outside these hours cannot be assisted
• Unclaimed or unpaid orders after pickup hours, with no communication, may be canceled without notice

Please inspect your item before leaving.
