Family Island Orders and Shipping Policy & Procedures

• Handling fee: $10 (inclusive of delivery fee)

We offer shipping via mail boat or plane. Customers must provide complete and accurate drop-off details at order confirmation. Orders will not be shipped without confirmed information.

Required details (where applicable):
• Airline name
• Captain’s name (for charter flights)
• Mail boat name

• The purchaser is responsible for all freight or boat fees:

• Plane freight: $10–$50 (based on weight and carrier)
• Mail boat fees: $3–$10

⚠️ All required details and full payment must be received before packaging and dispatch.
• Processing time: Orders must be placed at least 1 day before departure. Same day drop off can be facilitated if time allows.

Once handed over to the airline or mail boat, Island Rebel Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage. A receipt or slip will be provided as proof of drop-off.
